Solar Powered Garden Fountains - Floating © 2008
Floating solar garden fountains are designed to float on the surface of a pool and spray water
upwards or over a decorative surface. These fountains not only look pretty, but can help improve the
health of a small garden pool by oxygenating the water and helping to eliminate foul oders, algae
growth and discolored water. A floating solar garden fountain may also discourage mosquitos from
laying eggs. The fountains must be removed from the pool in the winter to prevent damage.
